I knew you were joking! that was my attempt at sounding offended you thought I had digital assistance hahaha Yeh I usually do a realllly sketchy sketch just to get the composition and general idea down.
haw... the only 3dimensional crafts were some stone and woodcarvings, clay n acrylic glass sculptures and small metal works at school... but with papercraft a cube was already the most soffisticated work i ever did. an the more fascinating it is for me... haw... if only i could have my own workshop for 2d and 3d handycrafts all alike... *dreamy face*
well i´ll look forward to more of your work anyways, as i said... fascinating
That dragon is awesome, and I say dragons come in all different sizes and shapes, from wyrms (legless lol) to wyverns (wings two legs) eastern (four legs no wings) and the classic western dragon (which is pictured above) and wow, I'm gobsmacked by the detail. Bet it was massively fiddly, and you must have a lot of patience, looking at those spines/horns. And being that dragons are complete fantasy, so there-for what a dragon is, is whatever your imagination sees and percieves what a dragon is. there-for a dragon has no fixed form cause no-ones ever seens a true dragon besides in illustrations and sculptures and this sculpture captures the form that is the true western dragon Sorry for the long windedness
