~Hong Bao Ball~

This is a Chinese New Year decoration made from Hong Bao, which means 'red packet' but in this case they're gold packets

Its a bit early for Chinese New Year, which is Feb 7th this yearbut I made it for my mum because the one i made 2 years ago kinda got deformed

Made form 30 Hong bao, took abit less than 2 hours (making the normal ones is alot shorter, its just i wanted to stick on 12 flowers

)

Hope it brings lotsa luck for the new year

glad u like it. Hrmm i made this based on one i saw at someones house.

Basically, u get a hong bao, hold it by the 2 top corners (vertically) then u bend them inwards till the 2 edges are touching, then u staple it together.

Do it to the bottom end and then make 30 of those.

for joining them together, have a look closely at my pic and you should be able to figure out. Just ask if u got any probs

alright, that much makes sense, but to get the hong bao to begin with, thats the problem.......if i could get that much down, id be good to go ^^
