This summer for me is summer in Japan as well. Were both in the northern hemisphere. There isn't much of a chance of going. I have my car can school to pay for. Both are much more important at this time. There will be other times to go again. I would really love to get a DSLR this time, and take some really nice pictures. My skills exceed the capabilities of my current camera

Ohh ok, but yeh, theres still plenty of opportunity

I want to get a DSLR too. Cos sometimes my normal camera doesnt feel like enough, it doesnt have alot options to play with.

My point and shoot is a nice camera, don't get me wrong its just that the CCDs in those kind of cameras are just to noisy to be truly useful for me.
